Half Marathon preparation Week 2

So I completed my first week and it wasn’t too bad at all. I did 5 instead of 6 workouts and enjoyed the short runs. This will change slightly in upcoming week 2.

Let’s look at the plan for week 2:

Monday –  6.5 km run (4 miles) + + + done + + +

Tuesday – 30 minutes NTC workout: Total Adrenaline + + + done + + +

Wednesday – 3.2 km run (2 miles) + + + done + + +

Thursday – 1 hour Squash + + + done + + +

Friday – 30min biking + + + done + + +

Saturday – 6.5 km run (4 miles) + + + done + + +

Sunday – Day off + + + done + + +
 
On Wednesday and Saturday a friend of mine joins me and we’re gonna hit Stuttgart Schlossgarten.
I hope having a running partner will motivate me to speed up a little.
Oh– and at the weekend it was the first time I wore sneakers for a non sportive occasion. I thought it may well be mentioned here.
