The days are getting brighter and so are my plans for this year (more on this later that week). January was packed with meetings and shootings and I slowly start getting back into my training routine. That’s what my last week looked like:

Monday: 7 km running
Tuesday: 30 minutes strength training
Thursday: 60 minutes dancing class
Saturday: Running around Hamburg ;)
Sunday: 30 minutes strength training
Looking forward to run in those fields again soon. It just has to get a little bit more brighter in the mornings and evenings… soon!
